Description
He is a man in his late thirties to early forties; though he has aged well despite the cloud of smoke his cigars make that constantly surround him. A fedora adorns his cranium, covering dark hair that further adds to the role of a tall, dark, mysterious man. His stance is sure, confident, and impassive; cocky, almost, in his height of six feet and his broad physique. Piercing blue eyes stare down interviewees, and potential suspects without fear, but with eternal suspicion. A trench coat and slacks is his chosen attire, paired with polished black shoes. Always in his pockets, are the essentials: quill, ink and parchment for taking notes, and of course, every Private Investigator’s main tool- a magnifying glass.
Though he will question you and be full of suspicion, the man is often up for a drink and hearty conversation- he considers it part of his investigation, getting to know the people and hear what he would otherwise not if he remained at a distance. Fowler can be quite pleasant, and chivalric; he will stick up for the little guys, and is a lady’s man, some might say, by the way he treats them. The Detective is certainly the wholesome good guy type.

Detective Fowler.
The Private Investigator was hired by a man who wishes to be kept secret. He was called to Rynvale to speak to this man, and then sent to Kelay to the local Shop, to look for clues of who committed the robbery.
The only clue, was a single white rose left atop the smashed glass.
He has a past filled with more things than one can imagine, but it remains shrouded in as much mystery as the Detective. One thing is for certain: he will track down and arrest the bandit!
Fowler will not be deterred; he will not take bribes; he is hell-bent on this mission, for reasons known only to the man.
Prepare for the questioning of a lifetime; he will not cease in his inquiries until the White-rosed Bandit is found and suffers the consequences of his or her actions!
