Requirements to be a CW Member
What you need to know beforehand
You should have figured out by now that Celestial Wanderers does not consider itself a clan, but rather a Dojo. In this, the members are trained to become better RP'ers and Duelers. With their new-found knowledge, they are also to take their skills to the rest of the RPG world, and train others with what they know.
Now, as it is not a clan, each member is solely responsible for him or her self. Therefore, if one person gets into trouble, starts some beef with people, etc... They are an individual, not a representative of Celestial Wanderers, and the clan will not be taken liable for their actions. As a member, you are on your own!
Celestial Wanderers, for official purposes, is neutral. Each member is what they choose to be.
Sometimes role-plays are orchestrated either by CW leaders, or EC people; members are encouraged to join in. Members are also encouraged to help a fellow clan-mate in need, even though it is not necessary. It is just the friendly thing to do, really...
What you'll need to get into the clan
It's simple, really. Express an interest, and get this site information (either from the members or the numerous other sources it is linked to)... If you need more info, do not hesitate to ask us, either through email, or icly or oocly through hollow chat or hollowmail.
Next, fill out the application on the 'application' page of this website, clicking 'send' to, through email, give us the information you inputed. We will read it in the email, consider it, converse, etc.... And then try and set up a time for an interview with you. You will be required to duel, and questions may be asked. Plan on giving us your time of roughly 1 hour (that should be efficient for a spar).
You will, of course, need good dueling skills; everything that it takes to be a 'good' dueler, you must possess. You do not have to be perfect, obviously, as if you have potential we will take you under our wing and teach you.
Signing up to be a member means that you will have a spar/duel once a week and send it in to the leaders, or suffer the consequences as outlined under the general section of the 'Corkboard'.
